Guest Art – Jande Rowe

Hey Painkillers,

I’m still recovering from…  that thing I have, and Jande of Aedre’s Firefly was gracious enough to send me this beautiful Splash Graphic featuring the Red Queen’s Sigil. Until now this symbol has been seen only in the background and occassionally here and there. I’m expanding on this in the near future so keep an eye out. Anyway Jande does an amazingly beautiful comic called Aedre’s Firefly. I highly suggest checking it out, I love the way she uses color to highlight the comic instead of coloring completely. it really is a neat story.

Guest art – Dr. Carlo Jose San Juan

Hey Painkillers,

Dr. Caz comes to the rescue again with this pieve of Guest art. Above you see the Sister who led our intrepid heros into the Keep of her order the Sisters of Divine Laughter. Wearing a leather hood these formidable warriors protect the mountain pass and surrounding area from those who would defile it.

Caz has done an amazing job of saving my butt from the fire more than once with numerous Guest Strips, Art and generally been a nice guy! he is currently running one heck of a story arc called “On Lighter Dreams” over at Callous Comics you should give it a look.

I will be back with new comicw next week, but enjoy the filler this week!

Guest Strip – Bearman

Hey Painkillers,

Above you see a Comic by Bearman of beartoons.com. I’ve known this guys from Twitter for a while now and I must say that I am often impressed how much his toons make sense. Often funny, and more often they mean something! You should definitely go and check out his site, and leave a comment. I also wanted to mention he is doing this amazing charity drive. For the third year in a row, he will donate money to charity, depending on if you follow him on Twitter, or Facebook, if you are an artist feature him in one of your Toons etc. More info can be found here,Bearman Cartoons Charity Challenge 2011 let’s see if we can empty his wallet this year! :)
